Lodging
A block of lodging rooms is being held at the hotel at the special conference rate of $105.00 plus tax per room per night for single-quad occupancy rooms. Please make your reservation with the FDRS or Food Distribution Room-Block (the conference is committed to filling so many rooms at the hotel so please make sure you mention this particular room block). To reserve a room, please contact the hotel directly at 1-303-438-6600 or 800-THE-OMNI. Be sure you tell them that you are with the FOOD DISTRIBUTION RESEARCH SOCIETY/FDRS Conference or you can do you reservation online at the website set-up from Omni for FDRS.
Rooms at the conference rate are available beginning with check-in as early as Friday, October 30th through Thursday, November 5th (check-out). Check-in time is 3:00 PM; check-out time is 12:00 pm.
Please make your reservations before September 19, 2009. After this date, the room block will be dropped, and the conference rate can no longer be guaranteed and if the hotel FDRS room block fills up prior to this date check the web-site or contact the hotel for additional lodging options.

Driving Directions 
FROM DENVER INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT – 30 MINUTES/28 MILES
Exit Airport via Pena Blvd. Take Pena Blvd to Exit # 6B to Fort Collins/E-470 Tollway. E-470 eventually becomes the Northwest Parkway. You will travel 32 miles along E-470 and there are 3 tollbooth stops along the way ($2.00 each, total cost of tolls = $6.00). Northwest Parkway ends and becomes Interlocken Loop, which will cross over US 36. Follow this to the next light and turn left onto Interlocken Blvd. The hotel is located up the hill on the left hand side, approximately 2 city blocks.

FROM JEFFERSON COUNTY AIRPORT – 1 MILE
Exit the airport by Airport Way, turning left onto CO 128/Interlocken Loop. Take the first right onto Interlocken Pkwy. Turn left onto Interlocken Boulevard. The hotel is 3-4 blocks ahead on the right side.
FROM THE NORTH
Take I-25 South, exit on 104th Street and turn right. Proceed on 104th until you get to US 36 West and go towards Boulder. Exit on Interlocken Loop/Storagetek Drive and turn left. Proceed 1 block to Interlocken Blvd. and turn left. The hotel is located up the hill on the left side.
FROM THE SOUTH
Take I-25 North to US 36 West. Exit Interlocken Loop/Storagetek Drive and turn left. Proceed 1 block to Interlocken Blvd. and turn left. Hotel is located up the hill on the left side.
FROM THE EAST
Take I-70 West to I-25 North to US 36 West. Exit Interlocken Loop/Storagetek Drive and turn left. Proceed to Interlocken Blvd. and turn left. The hotel is located up the hill on the left side.
FROM THE WEST
Take I-70 East to I-25 North to US 36 West. Exit on Interlocken Loop/Storagetek Drive and turn left. Proceed 1 block to Interlocken Blvd. and turn left. The hotel is located up the hill on the left side.
FROM BOULDER
Take US 36 East, exit Interlocken Loop/Storagetek Drive, make a right onto Interlocken Loop/Storagetek Drive, then make a left onto Interlocken Blvd. The hotel is located up the hill on the left side.
FROM DOWNTOWN DENVER
Take I-25 North to 36 West, exit at Interlocken Loop/Storagetek Drive and make a left. Proceed 1 block to Interlocken Blvd. and turn left. The hotel is located up the hill on the left side.
